Harrogate Hospital For Animals

My cat died overnight because the day before they “didn’t have enough time” to see him. We told him that he couldn’t use the bathroom and was starting to lose mobility and they “didn’t have enough time”. When we called the next morning to cancel his appointment they replied with fake sentiment saying if there was anything they could do to let them know. Well they could have found the time to see him the day before and he might still be here. I hope if any of them are ever in need then someone might find time for them instead of worrying about getting home on time.
