Wendy's

I wanted to go pick up 24 frostys to bring to an account of mine, something I do every month, everytime I go to this Wendy's it takes 20-40 min to get my frosties because apparently the machine only makes so many at a time, last visit, the manager told me to call ahead of time and they would be ready and I would not have to wait, I called this wendy's at 1:15, 1:30 & just now at 1;45 and they just will not answer their phone! How annoying!! Good thing I am going to Wendy's for the product because my account likes their frosties and they are 5 min away, I am definately not going for the service.
