        There was a damaged spot on my storage Otto cover, which was verified at delivery in 4/2016. The worker told me to contact the store. When I followed up the same day, the store representative was extremely rude and told me that it was nothing he could do about it. After complaining, he told me that he'd follow-up when the new furniture was delivered in 1 week, which was never done.. I sent 2 follow-up emails to the customer service email and received a generic response stating that someone would contact me. Now, it has been over 1 month and I still have the same damaged storage Otto cover. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone and I will never use them again.. They are very unprofessional.

        They said that they would mail me a replacement piece that was damaged but a month later when I called they had no clue what I was talking about. They said they would figure it out and call me back, three weeks later and no call.
