Horrible customer service!!! Wanted wings and called at 8:31pm, was told that they stopped delivering at 8:30pm. Called back at 8:40pm to order for pickup and was told the "kitchen side" was closed! Great job Lexi!!! Never again!!!

this is one of the best pizza places I have ate at. delivery was on time. I go there all the time I recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered pizza from this place last week. They told me it was an 1 hour wait. Ok no problem. 2 and 1/2 hours go by. I start calling them to complain when he pulls up. When he slowly walks to the door, I notice that he is high as a kite. He can't talk straight, walk straight and is just mumbling to me. My kids are at the door with me to get the food. Needless to say I am already pissed. I open up the food and it is cold sticking to the bottom of the box. Mushrooms are cold and mush. I call the restaurant immediately after he leaves to speak to the manager. After calling 3 times and being hung up on. I told the lady that I would not hold again because I keep being hung up on. I finally talk to the manager and precede to explain how messed up his guy was. How cold the food was and how I want something done about it. He can not send people like that out to deliver to his customers. He apologized and said he would take care of it. He would also refund my money. I spent over 40.00 dollars in food that was worthless by the time I got it. I never received a refund I was promised. My kids didn't want the pizza because they had to keep peeling the wrap off of the bottom of the pizza. I'm pretty sure they still have that pot head working their too. If the pizza wasn't cold, it had the potential to be a really good because. But if he lied to me about giving me a refund, I'm sure the guy is still their. I do not recommend dealing with this pizza place whatsoever.

That's all I can say to describe the horrible experience we had last night. We ordered delivery on the recommendation of a friend. Called in our order at 643pm, and told it would take 25 min to an hour. Ok. 25 min sounded optimistic, but ok. 745pm... No pizza. Called, put on hold for a few min and then, dealt with by a very confused young lady... She said she found our order and delivery guy was leaving their store right then. We live about 10 min from the store. So, waited until 805pm, no pizza. Called store again, and was told it was leaving right then. Wait a min! That's was you said 20 min ago! Asked to speak to manager. Put on hold. Same girl came back and said your pizza is on the way. I asked for the manager again. She said you can't talk to him, because he is really angry. Huh?! I asked for the manager again. Got disconnected. Sure. Hmmm... Called again. Still no pizza. Got the owner on the phone.. a defensive idiot. Excuses. It was MY fault. What? Unreasonable expectations... YOU told ME it would be here in 25 min to an hour! No concessions. No apology. It will get there when it gets there. 1 hour and 40 minutes. Undercooked. Any guesses on what happened? We will NEVER order from there again. And, everyone I know will know!
