TRIO Educational Talent Search Consists of two Components: The Middle School Component: The middle school component serves 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students from our target areas. This component meets twenty Saturdays during the program year for instruction in math, English and science. Tutors are also available to provide assistance for students on Tuesday and Thursday evenings as well. Saturday bus transportation is provided, and breakfast and lunch are served at the Saturday sessions. The High School Component: The high school component serves 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th graders from our target areas. Tutorial assistance is available for high school participants on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the academic year. College visitation and workshops are stressed for high school students.
