My husband and I (Jack and Diane) have been fortunate enough to present our show, Nashville Unleashed, in some of the most exquisite venues across the country, including the 4-Diamond Loews Vanderbilt in Nashville. The charm, elegance, and sophistication of Natchez Hills Vineyard is right in-line with our previous experiences and even surpasses them in numerous ways. We have enjoyed partnering with them to transform the 4,000 sq ft Concert Hall into our vintage living room for audiences to enjoy.

We are thrilled to have a permanent home at Natchez Hills and building a wide viewing audience via tv and online platforms. We look forward to watching others discover the beauty, style, and southern hospitality that owners Jim and Karen have mastered with their vision in this remarkable venue. They are the real deal and very passionate about wine, music and building lasting relationships...a passion Jack & I share wholeheartedly.

Overall

We bought tickets to a music/dinner event for a Saturday night. Our son came down with a nasty bug, so we asked about geting a credit (not even a refund) towards another show or event, and they refused. They were unwilling to make any kind of compromise, stating that we needed to give 48 hours advance notice, which is pretty hard to do with a sick kid. Instead of keeping the customer happy and turning us into a regular visitor, they've lost our business for good. And we'll be sure to tell all of our friends about it as well. Not a good way to run a railroad, folks!

Dear jvisser I am the owner of Natchez Hills Vineyard. First, I hope your son is feeling better. Second, I am sincerely dissappointed you have had a bad experience. This experience does not accurately relflect the value of Customer Service that we believe in. While we do have a 48 hour cancellation policy, we do give rain checks on a case by case base basis. We hope you will accept our apology, accept a rain check for a future event and most important..... bring your friends and visit us to experience what The Vineyard really is all about. We are a small family owned and family operated business with kids and grandkids and would love to meet you. Let's make lemonade from lemons. We encourage you to talk to others about their experience at the vineyard. Hope to see you soon. Jim, Owner
