Took daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter to Sunday lunch on 1/6/13. Waited almost 10 minutes for hostess to seat us.
Waitress took our drink and appetizer order quickly. Notice no condiments on the table. When drinks delivered asked for them. Appetizers came - no duk sauce or hot mustard still. We ended up picking them up from another table. Waitress forgot to come back to take our meal order. Empty appetizer plates, etc., left on our table when meal delivered. Had to ask for more drinks. Bill dropped off without asking if we wanted dessert.
For $75 for 3 adults and 1 child, I expect better service. The food was ok, but nothing better than I have gotten at other places for 1/2 the price. I will not return.

NASTY!! My shrimp and lobster sauce arrived in a jelly brown sauce and not a white egg sauce. The first spoonful revealed a nasty hair. Sent it back with a college kid posing as a waitress. Ordered a second dish, which arrived at the table after everyone else finished eating. Second dish was salty and equally nasty, without the hair. We asked the college kid waitress where the manager was and she said "why, you want to talk to her?" No, I do not want to talk to the manager, but would have thought the manager would like to talk to us. Poor service and nasty food means we will never be back!

Provided by SuperpagesTrey Yuen, for years was one our favorite restaurants to visit... NOT NO MORE. The food and service has been steadily on the downside. For the last several times we had been there we noticed how nasty the carpet was; the tables and chairs need to be taken outside and pressure washed; and when I quietly brought to the attention of a server that I noticed a little infestation, he said "that's OK, he doesn't eat much". So that was our last straw. No more. Gut the place, rebuild, and get some new staff.

Food was great & atmosphere was beautiful & upscale with the ponds & outdoor courtyard! Prices were reasonable (not too pricey but not super cheap)...this is NOT a buffet-style restaurant, it's nice/better than that. Our only complaint was the waitress took a while to refill my husband's tea...besides that, everything was great & portions were HUGE...plenty of leftovers to take home! :)

I grew up eating at this restaurant and I always loved it. Not only is the food great so is the decor. They have two coy ponds and many different beutiful statues. I would definately recommend this to any person who is hungry and enjoys fine art.
