kelly, in service dept. was very helpful. she knows whats up. she followed up with phone calls, appts. and made sure everything came off as it should. the camp world of hamburg wasn't this good a few years ago. kelly has renewed my faith in this hamburg location!

Hats off to Bill McDonald, service advisor, and the service department at CW Hamburg. We faced a very expensive repair for our Onan Generator. Our area RV repair shop wouldn't touch our generator, so we found ourselves seeking an estimate at the Buffalo-area Cummins/Onan authorized dealer. After the sticker shock of a $2400 estimate, we found ourselves at Camping World. Their diagnosis of our problem matched the dealer and the sticker shock was still there, but the the estimate for repair was ultimately lower. I had to wait a couple of weeks waiting for repair and parts, but throughout the tear down of my generator and the repair process I received updates from Bill via telephone. He answered my many questions and addressed my concerns. My motorhome was returned to me repaired and within the estimate cost. I appreciated the attention I received and the fact that my unit was returned to me without any dirt/grease on the inside or any new scratches, etc. With so much time and money invested I expect this level of service. Since my expectation was met, I won't hesitate to return to this repair facility.

We bought a one year old class C RV from Camping World in August 2016. We have had several issues with the vehicle, not their fault because it was a used vehicle,.Camping World has gone beyond our expectations with making sure it was fixed or replaced and working properly.
We have been working with James he is such a delight. He's always helpful and willing to make sure that everything Camping World does we are happy with. I would definitely recommend them for any of your needs. Great staff we love it there !

BEWARE-STAY AWAY FROM CAMPING WORLD BUFFALO. I purchased a used 2013 camping world rental RV in 2015. I should have had it inspected by a third party because the brake pads front and back were shot. I bought new tires because I knew they were marginal. All they care about is making the sale and forget about the service. It is terrible! They have a high turnover of employees and managers. I attempted to resolve this with Mike Maddox and he was so rude. They should not have sold the RV with worn out brake pads. How can it pass inspection? They have no service records even though they owned it and maintained it!? That's a crock! After 4,000 miles (highway driving) it was brought to my attention when I went to a Ford dealership for an oil change in Florida. I waited 5 hours st a Camping World in Florida for Buffalo Camping World Mile Maddox to call me back. They "were too busy" trying to make a sale. All they care about is a sale and not repeat business. Stay away because their service will cost you a fortune. I have a 3 year/36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. This is considered "maintenance".The sales manager I purchased it from was Scott and he was very good and I wish he still worked there. He was a good guy who seemed to look out for the customer. Unlike Mike Maddox he actually was yelling at me and hung up on me!!! Great customer service huh!! Save yourself some headaches and don't buy from Camping World.

Great service. They really went the extra mile to help me out. Even was out of warranty by 3 months and they called the manufacturer on my behalf and helped obtain an exception.

I've been to this location many times over the years and even though they have always treated me well the new management team is top notch. This is not a bargain location, look at the facility. Great service, product, people and anything you would ever need for camping.

These people are friendly to your face and prejudice to your back. I will never step foot in there again

Everything is super expensive. There was like 20 people working and not one person asked if we needed help. We eventually asked for help and they were very rude like we were interrupting them because he was talking to a friend. I would never go here again.
