Dr Anderson has always been wonderful with my pets. He is compassionate, caring and very gentle with them. I've gone to him for 20 years at least. The staff has always been very gracious. Michelle Evans

Dr. Bill (Anderson) is an animal lover and you can tell it by the how he treats my pets with gentleness and tenderness and the time he takes to diagnose and care for them. He is a wonderful doctor. He is also very patient with the owners! We have taken all our animals to him over the last ten years and would not trust their care to anyone else.

Very Rude! Never use or recommend this Vet!!! I felt like I was cattle prodded through and they were not concerned about my animal only money!! I took our family dog in knowing he was sick and we had discussed he may need to be put to sleep. I explained to the lady at the front I knew he was 12 yrs old and wanted to know how sick he was if he may need to be put to sleep. Once in with the Vet he says he has fluid on his lungs and heart failure. This sounds like a bad situation so I ask him what do you suggest thinking he would say he is very sick he may be better off to put him to sleep. NO instead he says he needs x-rays and blood work and heart worm test etc.. ok so lets discuss options he then says DO YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR DOG OR NOT? REALLY!!!!! This is what you ask any idea my response? yep, you guessed it well of course I want to save my dog! $153 later and get home my dog dies 2 hrs after I get home. I call and let them know what happened thinking they would offer some type of relief to my frustration. This is the response well we did everything we could and we needed to do more test. I m not a VET but really how many test do you need to know heart failure and fluid on a 12 yr old dogs lungs doesn't sound like a good outcome. Please consider this if I had been back home our regular Vet would have gone over the options such as putting the dog to sleep because they would have advised that he was extremely sick, 12 yrs old and testing wasn't necessary to tell that!

Dr. Anderson is a great doctor. He is very reasonable. The staff are super nice and you can tell they are all there for your pet. Too often when you go to a clinic, the staff seem indifferent, especially the CSRs. I would and have recommended to all my friends.
