Little Caesars Pizza

I have been to this Little Caesars twice. The first time the cashier spoke no English, and it took me 10 minutes to get him to understand what I was trying to order. Once he FINALLY figured out what I wanted, I literally had to ring up my own order because he could not figure out how to punch the numbers off my card into the machine when swiping it didn't work.

I just went again today, nearly a year later, hoping for a better experience. Now a young black man was working the counter, told me my "hot and ready" order was not ready and I would have to wait 10 minutes. Not a big deal, I happily sat down to wait. After a half hour I got up and asked how much longer it would be, to which they told me 10 more minutes, because they had no more crazy bread. In the mean time, 15 black and Hispanic customers had come in and gotten their food (including crazy bread) all the while I waited. Due to this despicable display of unprofessionalism, and as I feel, counter racism, I will never go back to that particular store even if it is the closest one to my home.
