This was a case in which we gave a quote through email without a size reference. We had a single picture with 40 pieces to give an idea of cost. When the parts were brought in, they were literally twice as big as we anticipated. We apologize for the situation but it wasn't at all intentional. We quote through email almost every day and rarely is this encountered.

John, You came back 2 days later with a Police officer without ever first contacting us. We simply told you that you could turn it in to the insurance even though nobody witnessed the incident. We spoke to our insurance company and they told us to let your insurance know what happened and that was precisely what we did. If your claim was denied it was not by anything we did or didn't do.
