        Overall

        For the most part I like the facilities at Planet Fitness in Hadley, MA. However sometimes the staff at the desk, not the manager but those who work there on the weekends, do things they should not be doing.



        The latest is fast forwarding the clocks at the facilities by 5-10 minutes.



        I understand they want to get home. However, when we sign a contract they tell us that hours on the weekends are:



        Fridays -closing at 9 pm & not 8:50 pm or 8:55 pm

        Sat/Sun Closing at 7 pm and not 6:50 pm or 6:55 pm



        This is not fair to customers who always leave the facilities when they should.



        I call the manager's attention to the above situation so that s/he corrects it.



        By the way, the last time this happened before this writing was on Sunday, 10/6/13, at around 7 pm.



        If not corrected, this will keep on happening as it has been.

        I like the policy. However, at Planet Fitness (PF), more often than not, the music is so loud that one cannot hear the TV with earphones on. What is more, when one complains to the front desk and asks them to please turn down the music, they say that is not possible. Apparently, PF is only good for teenagers who like extremely loud music.

        I would like to ask the owners to see to it that the above-mentioned logo indeed applies to everyone.



        I give PF two stars out of five.

        Abusing the Alarm

        Overall the Hadley Planet Fitness has a lot of potential. There are, however, problems which have to be overcome.



        Some people who work at the desk abuse the alarm system by giving us a headache. When it is time for people to leave, it suffices to remind them 10 minutes before closing and to flip the light back and forth, a few times, to remind them of that.



        There is no need to use the deafening alarm!!! It is absolutely a lack of consideration for people's ears (not to mention their health) !!!!



        Remember that there are also the elderly who come to work out there and frightening the older members of PF may even cause them to have a stroke.



        We would appreciate the management's attention to this important matter!
