In this dog-eat dog-eat world, doing business with Kevin and his employees was refreshing. I am not a wealthy person and can't be just throwing money at mechanics. They've gone out of their way to try avoiding unnecessary fees and tell me what needs to be worked on immediately or what can be worked on eventually.

they charged me and fixed absolutely nothing. they messed up my whole car now i need a new catalyst converter

My sister and I always go to Kevin with our car needs! He's reliable and his pricing is very reasonable. I can always trust him to return my car within a timely manner and he's even come to pick me up when my car was ready. I would recommend to anyone in the area!

This business sucks ! Never go to him! The owner is a liar he took my moms car to fix a transmission issue and a couple other things. Lied to my mom said that she got approved for financing which she never signed any paper work for. He never gave her a written estimate. Too over 3 months to "fix" her car which when we got it back finally the car was more messed up then it was when we brought it there. The cable to the shifter and linkage is now broken which wasn't before. And the transmission is still broken. This place is unreliable made threats to my mom about keeping her car because we couldn't pay full amount which he knew about. which is why we went to him for the finacing which supposedly got cancelled on her but really we never got approved.. I would not recommend him to anyone at all.

I had a headache on my hands when my car stalled out on the highway. It was clear from the dash indicators that there was a major problem. I wasn't familiar with garages in that area; I went to Budget Auto Repair simply because they were the closest. As a woman, I tend to dread garages because sometimes the attitudes can be condescending or dismissive. These guys were incredibly thoughtful, direct and kind. The owner went the extra mile with diagnostics and did some research to see if there was a safety recall related to the problem with the vehicle. There was! I learned that Ford would cover the costs providing I would get the car to a Ford dealership. This meant Budget Auto would not receive my business for this recall repair, yet they went out of their way to talk me through next steps and did not charge me for the diagnostics or extensive time on the phone. The owner was knowledgeable and clearly an all-around good person. If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to garage!

Kevin and his staff are so thorough efficient and very very sweet to talk to you. He's always done well by my repairs and price. I'd never consider going anywhere else!
