        Horrible Property

        My family and I booked a suite at this property. The first night of our stay we got a call from the front desk asking to search the room for an item left by the previous guest. We agreed.



        The next day I was napping in one of the three bedrooms of the suite. I woke to two men, from the staff, in our room, unannounced, searching our room for the missing item.



        If they were an honorable firm, they would have ensured we were in the room before they entered, to search for the missing item.



        I feel like I can't even leave the room. To do so would risk them searching our room and possibly our possessions.



        When I talked to the General Manager and Customer Service at Hilton Worldwide, I got told that housekeeping and engineering staff can enter our room to conduct their duties.



        Inexcusable! My family and I feel invaded.



        We don’t know what, if any of our possessions they went through.



        If you are ok with hotel staff searching your room, without your knowledge, this is the place to be. But if privacy and security is important to you, think again.

        Gorgeous views

        This hotel has gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and a really nice pool area. However, the restaurant food isn't that great but fortunately there are a number of other restaurants in the area.
