        RUSSELL CELLULAR IS A BUNCH OF MISSOURI BASED CROOKS. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY ARE BACKED UP BY CORRUPT MISSOURI POLITICIANS. I'D GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD. BAD OUTFIT, ALL THE WAY AROUND.
