Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

My wife went to this business, and used a gift card. The counter person swiped it, but apparently didn't know what he was doing and it deducted $10. He swiped the card a 2nd time, and annouced that it only had a dollar and change on it. She showed him the previous receipt with previous balance, but he refused to do ANYTHING about it. "The owner will look through the receipts". Hello! You didn't create a receipt, noob! This apparently was the MOD. She got a call after complaining about this to corporate that the owner had gone through the receipts and hadn't found anything. Duh! Kids had already been given and were eating their food, so she wound up having to pay the balance with our debit card. Wondering if this guy pocketed the other $10? DON"T SHOP HERE! There's lots of other DQ's, that have staff who know what they're doing. I would give Zero stars, but 1 is the lowest rating available.

This Dairy Queen just remodeled and it looks 10 times better. Rumor also has it that it soon will be a Orange Julius and Dairy Queen.

good ice cream soft serve.######blizzards are good, but keep going up in price...I remember when you could get them for 99 cents.

They've got yummy ice cream and the ice cream cakes are wonderful.

These things are great! They go way beyong your ordinary milkshake, blizzards mix chucks of buttterfinger candy bars with soft icecream, it's the BOMB! I love it!

Their ice cream is incredible and affordable. Our favorite Dairy Queen sundae is chocolate ice cream with marshmallow topping. They also make the best ice cream cakes!
