Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Recently rented again from this location and once again had nothing but a great experience! Amazing customer service, friendly, and helpful! Always go above and beyond to help and get us what we need! Great knowing when I need to rent car that I don't need to shop around!!

Waited 50 min for a car that had been reserved 4 weeks in advance. I had called a week prior to confirm the reservation. They called and emailed the day before the reservation to confirm, including a specific pick-up time. We showed up 5 minutes before our scheduled pick up time and no car. They had to locate one and have it brought over which took almost an hour by the time we got out of there. They quickly ran the car through the car wash & a quick vacuum but the windows and mirrors were still filthy, which we didn't notice until we pulled off the lot. Will go somewhere else next time.

Brandon Malone was the greatest, he was so helpful & made my renting the van such a great experience, I will use this Enterprise again
