        The Saturday schedule states they are to be at Ace Hardware on Woodruff Road between 2:30-3:30 on May 2, 2020. Myself & a lot of other pet owners are have been waiting since 2pm & they have not shown up yet. It is now 3pm. There is no way to call to see if they are running late or even coming here at all today. I will try to meet them at the next location, but this is unacceptable to just have potential customers waiting with no assurance of service for our pets.

        Stan Grist has been the best. He has many years of experience and an obvious compassion for animals. His traveling mobile is truly a God send.
