I made an appointment with them two weeks ago for routine service. 20 minutes into the appointment time (with no sign of the tech) I called and found out that the tech was off on an emergency call in another state and would not be coming. The secretary claimed that the tech did not have my number, just my address, and that she didn't contact me because she was home while a contractor worked on HER house. (I'm sure she would have been unhappy if she would have taken the day off of work and the contractor didn't show. That's upsetting.) Then I was offered a reschedule, but not on any of the days that worked for me. No thank you - never ever again!
