Hearthside Rentals

I really enjoy the condo that I rented from Hearthside Management Co. What I can say is that Hearthside Rentals has some wonderful, clean, energy efficient listings. Unfortunately, there is a downside to renting with this company. I have been a tenant with this company for 10 months now. I purposely set up my payments on a website called renttrack.com to avoid the rudeness of the office staff. I walked into the office today because I had an issue with my bank account. Without asking what the issue was or how she could help, the female secretary at the front desk dismissed me as if I was a fly on the wall. I felt very degraded and will try not to ever have an issue where I have to be face to face with the office staff again. I have never been behind on my rent by more than 1 day and the office gives you 5 days to get the rent paid. If you are customer service oriented skip this place, the staff attitude is simply nasty.
