This has been by far the worst rental company ever. I've had a situation for five days going on two weeks in which Maintenance refuses to come. Emergency services are a joke. Theres no one ever in their office or sister office at ashleigh apartments. You'd receive better service from a low budget motel. Legal action is the only path to freedom.

THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND IM SUPPOSE TO MOVE IN IN 2 DAYS AND THERE PHONE NUMBER NO LONGER WORKS AND THEY HAVE NOT BEEN IN THE OFFICE SINCE jULY14,2016 WHEN I ISSUED THE CHECK. THEN HAD TO NERVE TO CASH IT THE NEXT DAY AND THEN DISAPEAR. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND I WILL FILE A CLAIM AGAINT THESE PEOPLE. SO PLEASE PEOPLE THE RENT PRICE MAY SOUND GREAT BUT SO NOT WORTH IT ! DONT END UP LIKE ME. SO UNPROFESSIONAL THIS PLACE IS, AND HAVE THE NERVE TO HAVE A STAFF THAT FRONTS AS IF THEY CARE ABOUT YOU ! I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK ALONG WITH MORE BECAUSE YOU DONT DO THIS TO PEOPLE.

Two days ago there was a murder here. I heard the shots and seen the 24 year old man dead on the ground. Today I got a letter on my door stating my lease renewal is due and my rent will be increasing if I decide to extend it. I pay my rent faithfully every month on time! And I don't even feel safe in my own home. Yet they feel it's ok to raise the rent on a loyal tenant. It seems like they are letting any ghetto, hoodrat, felon with a background move in. There's rodents in the wall that sounds like they're trying to scratch through the walls. When I first moved in I noticed old drops of toothpaste on the bathroom wall, which means they never painted, and the carpets was never cleaned until we were moved in. So only the open space around my furniture gotten a thorough cleaning.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. No maintenance requests are ever fixed. It took almost 9 months of asking the leasing office for window screens to get 1 screen....I have 4 windows. I can hear squirrels running in the crawl space between my ceiling & the roof, chewing on wood & making nests. I have complained about that twice & nothing has been done. The walls are super thin, the windows are drafty, there is an inch gap between the floor & my front door that I have to keep a towel wedged under to keep insects out. Of course, then the insects just come through the gap around the wall A/C units. I will never rent or recommend an Alliance Management property to anyone.

They don't want to fix things when requested, or they say it's not important, electrical problem ARE important. The drug traffic is crazy & no one wants to do anything about it.

It had roachs that they would not take care of the problem. High crime area and faulty electric in apartments.
