Pump it Up

We love pump it up. We had a weekday party for only $139. for 15 children. It was private and they did evrything for us. Highly recommend for any age. They have the new glow parties and they are amazing!

I went with my daughter's school to Pump It Up in Greensboro today for a field trip. We were all very disappointed with the experience that we had. Our group consisted of 75 4 and 5 year olds. We were given 2 rooms for the children to play in. They began their play at around 9:15am. We had ONE staff member for these two rooms. ONE staff member for 75 children. Unbelievable! Around 10:30am one more staff member came in, but that was only until the end of their play at 11am. As a parent, I was unable to enjoy this experience with my child. The teachers there and the parents were the ones having to man the play areas because there were not enough staff. During this time 2 of the staff members children were also allowed to come in and play in these rooms. After playing for 30 to 45 minutes the children became thirsty and wanted to go to the water fountain. We were told it was not working. One of the teachers noticed the water fountains were unplugged and went to the front to let someone know. The lady said "Oh" and plugged them in, at which point they worked just fine. The man who was helping out between the two rooms was spotted two times grabbing several of the children by the arms when they did not stop to listen to him. First of all, he has no business handling the children in this manner and second of all, the children probably didn't hear him tell them to stop in the first place because it was very loud. One of the teachers did address this with him. When I got home I called the place to get the owner's info to let them know of our experience. Come to find out the owner was the one who was at the front counter and was in charge. What good that was. I would not reccommend this place for large parties.
