P.F. Chang's China Bistro

PF Chang's is a wonderful restaurant with great food, values, service and a welcoming spirit.



Let me start off with the food. It is wonderful and what I'd recommend to you is the orange peel shrimp, lettuce wraps and EVERYTHING!! It is so tasty and I miss that Pad Thai that was out for a limited time. Please bring it back!!



Finally, applying for a job. They get a lot of applicants at this restaurant and when you apply they make you feel welcome and sometimes the manager that interviewed you, remembers you and eventually you have a friend. There is a manager i want to give attention to and his name is Reeves. He is a good manager who cares about his staff and customers. You are lucky if you get hired and he is your manager. Same goes to the rest of the management team.



Service here is very good. Servers are pretty good at checking up on you as you eat and are very accommodating.

I'm not much of a Chinese food person, until I was introduced to PF Chang's! Great atmosphere, great food, great service, a lil pricey, but I think it's well worth it! I would recommend it to anyone, even if u don't like Chinese!

If you're on a sugar-restricted diet (read diabetic) bypass this restaurant. I've been several times and always gasp at the high sugar content of all the sauces. Be prepared to dine "hold the sauce" style, dissapointed because all the flavor is IN the sauce, sugar and all!

Every time we go to Changs in Greensboro it is the BEST the service along with all the wait staff are the greatest!!!!!!!

we are always treated as if we own the place and without fail the manager always comes by to check on us. The new Manager Emory Christian is the best Manager yet ....simply awesome and very people friendly a GENTLEMAN .The food goes without saying...always great and hot we are always eager to try something new and always satisfied...we were first introduced to Changs in Durham but the g-boro location has it beat!!!! Go eat at changs and enjoy yourself...tell them smitty and cindy sent you.....ha-ha

I gave P.F. Chang's of Greensboro, NC 3 stars primarily for the inviting ambiance. I do not frequent PF's much because I find it overrated for the food, as better Chinese can be found around the Triad. I also do not frequent much due to the often long lines to wait for seating. Furthermore and oddly, as much Chinese cuisine as they sell, they do not have Duck Sauce at all.



One thing that PF's did earlier this year was offer a meal deal for two as many restaurants are doing to increase business. It was an okay meal, nothing spectacular or out of the ordinary. I do not like their desserts at all and feel they should expand the dessert selection.



If you're looking to get the PF experience because you've never been, I'd say go to at least get the experience. But, if you do not go, you're not missing out on much in my personal opinion.
