Lake Jeanette Urgent Care

Have been a patient here for years. Saw the new doctor, Dr. Phil, in December. He proceeded to call in prescription for drugs I have never taken without first consulting with me, then calls in a prescription for a 30-day supply of a drug I have taken for 30 years and has not cooperated in getting that prescription changed to a 90-day supply. Lack of cooperation in this is UNACCEPTABLE.

Do not ever go here. We waited over 3 hours and the nurse was unable to tell us when we would be seen. Ended up leaving and going to different urgent care. Will never go here again.

listen here little one that has a problem with the billing manager, have you ever thought it could have been your insurance company???? I had a problem there and my insurance company told me it wasn't there fault it was the clinic so I call the BILLING MANAGER and spoke to her and come to find out it was the insurance companies fault. the BILLING MANAGER called and spoke to my insurance company and come to find out it was the ins fault! quit talking smack if you don't know anything about anything! this place is AMAZING and I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone from a runny nose to a broken bone!

My family has been using this urgent care for the past 3 years. We have always had a positive experience and been taken really good care of when we are seen. The nurses are extremely friendly and go te extra mile to help with proble. I would recommend if you don't want to wait and want friendly service, go to Lake Jeaneete UrgentCare.

The only problem I had was with the billing "manager" she was rude and didnt seem to know anything. I was seen and I got a bill, I called my Insurance company and they told me to call the clinic and have them correct something that was not coded right so I called for 5 MONTHS and spoke to the Billing Manager everytime which wasnt even at the office I was seen at I tried to explain to her what my Insurance company told me and she kept stating she filed everything correctly and there was nothing she could do the last time I called I became upset and the rude woman hung up on me, I called back and got another lady in billing she was young so I didnt think she could help me and I was already mad but she was very knowledgeable and was able to help me within the first 10 minutes of the conversation which pleased me greatly she corrected the problem and was very sweet and apologetic about my experience which was comforting. My advice to this clinic lose the "billing manager" she ignorant!!!

The only reason this Urgent Care got a star from me is because of their location! I have been there twice and will NOT go back, no matter how sick I am. I will fight the crowds in the ER before I go back here. The staff are rude - from the girl doing check-in that chomps her gum like crazy to the doctor - not a good place to be when you aren't feeling well. That girl at the check in desk seriously needs to loose that gum!!!!!!!

My wife and I have used them as our regular Dr's office over the last 4 years and my mother in law has recently started going there as well. Overall the staff is professional & attentive and the service has improved especially over the last 2 years or so. On a recent visit they urged me to get my cholesterol checked. At first I refused as I'm only 36 and fairly healthy but to my surprise my overall cholesterol is a little high and I'm thankful I followed their advice. They are mainly a walk in clinic but they do also accept appointments. While the wait can seem a little long, it's a trade off you make when you go into a walk in clinic. Because my schedule is always changing it makes it hard for me to make and keep appointments so it works for me. As for the other reviews that mention inattentive employees gossiping in hall, I'll it can be frustrating but I'm there to see the Dr or PA so as long as they aren't the ones "slacking" it doesn't bother me.

I visited this site twice. Some of the staff are polite while others are solely interested in the latest gossip. My son had a well visit here in which the facility was out of the needed vaccine and had to return because it was on order. When I returned, we were in and out quickly! He received his shot in a timely manner and we went on our merry way. I found out later a year later upon finding a new provider, his immunization was never documented! What kind of facility has someone come back for a follow-up and doesnt update a patient's chart! Reckless and irresponsible, to say the least!

Way too much wait time. The nurses, secretaries, pa, even doctors seem to be more interested in discussing their personal lives and whatever else they were talking about than seeing the patients. This practice "wants to be your family doctor" but they are going about it the WRONG way. Service is a key to success. There was a mistake in a prescription and the doctor who wrote it was at another location. He did not correct the error for an entire day, and then seemed very confused. Didn't remember me. Isn't that what records are for. I have no trust in this clinic....won't be back!

We had a great experience when we visited this urgent care. Friendky staff and quick service.

Very disappointed. No doctor there was on site. There was only 1 PA and the nurses were busy in the hall having a big chat fest while I waited in the room for 1 1/2 hours. When I stuck my head out to see what was going on one of them curtly said I needed to stay in my room with the door closed. I will not go back!

Best service I've ever had. The people were friendly and nice, and they made my visit easy and enjoyable. I plan to come again as often as possible; Lake Jennet has become my new family practice center.
