Greensboro Ice House

I took my extended family to the Ice House this week and it was horrible. It took forever to get in the door due to slow, poor service at the register. The manger was rude, condesending and clearly hates her job due to her actions and comments made to those in front of us.The rink clearly had not been resurfaced from the morning skate. About an hour into the skate everyone was falling all over the place. We could not believe that they waited 30 minutes before the session was up to bring out the machine. It is dirty, unfriendly and not worth the money. We took a vote to mark Ice House off our list for our bi-monthly extended family functions in the future.
