She told me she couldn’t cut the peak off the bottom of his neck without a “razor” when i asked her to clean up the edges some, though it’s never once been a problem anywhere else we’ve gone. Then she refused to take a coupon that was sent directly from corporate, even though their specific location was listed on the coupon. She told me next time i should have called First if i had any questions about it?? Then to top it all off, she snapped at my 5 yo for daring to try and take 2 dum dum suckers from the candy bowl. I came in today with my special needs child and was very upset by the remarks made by the stylist that cut my son's hair. She remarked 4 times regarding food in his hair. Yes, he had some food in his hair from his lunch he had at school, but anyone that has a special needs child knows this is extremely common. OMG, I can't believe this woman! I tried to bite my tongue and get out of there without losing my cool considering I had my child with me. Then to top it off she told me that he needed a bath when we were done. Like I didn't know that? Duh, he gets one every night! What nerve! This was our first and last trip there! You couldn't pay me to go back!
