Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Greensboro

I was very pleased with my purchase at Crown Dodge, I had looked at other dealers and Crown had the Ram I wanted. It took me acouple of trips to make up my mind which one I wanted and each time my salesman Everett Norwood was eager to help. He was very good at showing me everything about the truck after we purchased it also. I was pleased with the price and when we get ready for another car I would go back again.

I have made a deal with online sales advisory personal. They have send me a financing application. When the application was approved the manager called and called the deal off saying that he would not ship the car at no charge even though I have inquired if they will be able to do it then I'm interested in purchasing a vehicle.



Manager also stated that a sales person have never said they will ship at no charge, See copy and paste of sales person promise

I hope you are doing well today. This Jeep does not have a dog or smoke smell. We are hoping to put a deal together for you and be able to ship the Jeep at no cost. I do have a few questions. Were you going to pay cash or finance? If you are financing, were you going to put any money down on the Jeep? I already have your zip code to be able to calculate sales tax. He mentioned that if I will place poor review they will take it off, and will block my calls



Never ran into to customer service as in this dealership.

Very happy with the purchase of my new Ram. I went to Winston-Salem and Kernersville first. All had about the same pricing and discounts, but Crown gave me more for my trade. That made the difference for me. Everyone was very friendly and helpful to me. Ron L.

Absolute worst experience ever. NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER. You will be sorry. The person who said he was the GM, Darren Pearson, is incredibly rude and arrogant. Go to Kernersville or you will be sorry.

Was happy with our purchase, except for that the 'fix' for the brake squealing was never delivered and we had to sit and wait for almost four hours to complete the process. I walked in with my own approved financing and it still took forever. Not sure why, but it felt like your run of the mill car sales experience. Glad I don't have to do that often.



Still, everyone was pretty friendly, even if they do hover at the door like vultures (and when you say you're looking for someone that isn't them, they just kind of wave you into the dealership and point in a random direction and tell you they'll take care of you in there). I bet the service department is good/nice, but as far as sales go, it wasn't the best experience, but it wasn't the worst either. I'd probably go back, but I'd be prepared for the time sink required and the many things they will try to upsell me.

I love the service! Great attention to detail. Gave me a complete peace of mind for our family trip! Needed those brakes in the mountains!!

I cant say enough about crown dodge..I had car issues and they got me a tow truck in 30 minutes..then I got a ride home too..doug is a great salesman..when I see the challenger I want with all the options I need..ill buy it..
