Dr.Packer is a wonderful vet and a very genuine good person. She's very knowledgeable and will help you in anyway possible.

Dr. Packard and the staff at Bel Aire Vet are the friendliest and most genuine people. We have gone to several vets in the High Point and Greensboro areas and Bel Aire Vet is by far the best! We found out our golden retriever had bone cancer in Feb 2013. In July 2013 we had to put him down. Dr. Packard and her staff were so empathetic and went above and beyond to honor Simon and our feelings during such a sad time. We would highly recommend Bel Aire Vet to anyone in the Triad area! :)

I love this place. I have two dogs and have lived in multiple areas of Greensboro throughout their lives. I have tried a few different vets while in those areas, but Bel-Aire is the best. I now drive 20-25 minutes just to see Dr. Packard. My older dog just had a second surgery from her and like the first, he is doing amazing two days later. The staff is so great and accommodating, and during appointments I never ever have to wait for more than 5 minutes to be seen. If I did, I wouldn't mind it because I like talking with the staff so much. I call to ask them questions all the time and they are always polite and responsive. They are wonderful, and I'm so glad I found them!!

Dr. Packard and Staff are like family. They put the needs of our pet first and always have the deepest respect for our four legged baby. There is no other vet in town that can touch them when it comes to service, compassion, knowledge, and a place our dog is so excited to come to because she knows that is where she will get some extra special attention.

Bel-Aire Veterinary is wonderful! I trust them completely. The Drs. and staff are all kind, intelligent, and pleasant. I've been a customer almost 20 years. I moved to a new job and 4 people here go to Dr. Packard. Daisy, Birman, Flannel, Cleo, Helen, Homer and Lovey have all gotten the best care possible with Bel-Aire.

My dog has been going to Bel Aire for about 3 years now. I have also referred many other happy dog owners to Bel Aire. They are fair, caring - not just Dr. Packard but their staff - Kristin, Ruth, Ashley - all of them, as well. \r Dr. Packard is also the vet of choice for the Golden Retriever Rescue and has saved the lives of many Goldens too.\r I appreciate the care they gave my dog when she had her ACL surgery, I might add with EXCELLENT results, when she boards at ""the spa"" and for her regular checkups and sick visits.\r I thank Bel-Aire Veterinary Hospital - the docs and the staff for all they have done for my dog.\r Dee

In the annual visit, there were a couple of nails clipped in the visit of which no mention was made that a charge would be in addition to the normal annual visit. It took all of 1 minute to clips these few nails. A charge was assessed of $16 to clip a few nails. Factor that out into an hourly rate and Bel-Aire Vet charges $960 PER HOUR to clip nails on your animals. Not happy with attitude or Dr. Packard and the staff as they seem to try and nickel and dime you with outrageous charges.
