ABC Pediatrics of Greensboro

My wife has been taking our children to abc pediatrics since they were born and even followed the doctor there when she opened the practice . The doctor is great but their office staff is the worst on the planet !!! They will not respond to phone calls or messages left or take it upon themselves to send a referral that has been requested for over two months now and over 6 times on the phone ! She has spoken to the office manager about this matter and she will not even return phone calls any longer or resolve referral or billing errors ! My oldest daughter has had to leave the practice for a simple matter of getting a referral to an eye doctor for contacts ! We have been patient on this matter but enough incompetence is enough and that's all the office staff is pure incompetence !!!!!!!!!! Again office staff is the worst on the planet doctors are great !!!!!!!! I sincerely hope that the office staff problems are resolved as I would hate for it to in any way damage this practice.

Excellent practice. Dr. Reid has been my pediatrician for over 25 years. Our childrens ages are 25, 17, 7 and 4. Our oldest daughter loved Dr. Reid so much, that now she takes my grandson's (ages 5 & 3) to her too. She is a great doctor.

My children love Dr. Pam one has aged out but is still determined to come. The best doctor.

My children have been patients of Dr. Reid since they were born. I believe they have received excellent care. I don't agree with one of the ratings of two stars. I could see that rating if the reviewer thought the care was not good (which is not the case). I don't understand the complaint of phone (never an issue) or extended office hours (open on Sat AM and on-call).

My family has been with Dr. Reid since Greensboro Pediatricians. She's always been friendly and shows concern if their's an issue. The staff at ABC pediatrics are professional and kind. Everytime I've called or visited the office, no one has an attitude or being rude. My family will continue visiting this practice as long as they're around.

My daughter has been a patient if Dr. R since her very first appointment. She has been awesome since day 1! Since she's moved to ABC pediatrics she has ALWAYS made time to see our child. Wheter it be an appointment made weeks before or if an emergency has come up she and her staff schedual us an appointment that same day and within an hour of our calls. I will continue to be a pleased parent as long as Dr. R stays around. I hope she never moves her practice out of Greensboro so that my daughter can continue to stay a patient of her's. They are such a great Dr.'s office!

Think the physicians are competent and caring, but have trouble getting through on phone system and do not have extended hours that would be more convenient for working parents. Our primary dr there not always accessible or available for appointment. Could not get vaccines we needed due to no inventory. Convenient location, Insurance billing has been a problem.
