I work for dsa & this is not a good job..thy treat the psa like crap, the consumers hardly ever hve food,thy dnt give us ot but whn thy need the psa to work extra shift instead of getting the ot thy take away a day...For this company not to hve no money for their employees the owner has been on vacation to swisherland Im lookn for me another employer...thy dont care abt their staff we r below thm & I dnt like tht @ meeting Dr.O always say DSA is the best grouphome company only n his 4 eyes....
