The gentleman that was sent to my home was about as unprofessional as it gets. The company never confirmed an appointment with me and when I advised the technician, he advised that an email had been sent to me to confirm they'd be at my home. I looked, no email, but what company sends an email without speaking to me to confirm if my schedule would even allow that?? The technician was rude, overtalked me and never listened. I advised him to leave my home, as I would never give them my business. I submitted a complaint to the home warranty service, who said they would submit the complaint.

I also called the business and spoke to Brock, who offered to send another technician to my home. I am so dismayed with the first impression for this business, I declined. He did seem to be apologetic and I appreciate his kindness. CD Appliance needs to revisit customer service requirements and expectations. As an Asset Manager for Corporate Accounts, the reputation of a vendor in this business is everything. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this company.
