My fiance has lived in this complex since it was built in 2002. I moved in with him and lived there for about 2 years. Not once did I see a member of management come by the apartment complexes. There were three buildings all together. Management also could not be reached when our fire alarms went off at 930pm one night. The building manager claimed that her phone never rang once and all the tenants had their cell phones out and were trying to call the number on the card that she had given everyone in case of emergencies such as fire, flood, etc. Also, when our apartment got broken into and all of our things got stolen, the management team did nothing to assure the tenants of their safety nor did they bother to tell anyone about the robbery. Needless to say, my fiance and I were the ones to break the news to our neighbors. When we checked out of this complex, the management team told us how much we would be getting back (security deposit) but gave us $100 less than promised.
