        Received a quote in April of 2017 to replace roof and gutters and install two composite decks. Work was to be completed by June. Work didn't start until August. Decks were built and had to be torn out due to poor workmanship and installation of incorrect railing. Owner was told he installed the wrong railing. His response was, "I know" but he did not elaborate. This guy has not spoken to us since February and has flown the coop. Nothing more than a common crook.
