Whether you heat with wood, coal, oil, or gas an annual chimney inspection and cleaning is an important part of making sure your home is a healthy and safe place for you and your family. Inspections start at $95.00 and include a written report (basic inspections are free as part of a regular cleaning). Cleaning costs will depend on what type of system you have and what's required to clean it. The average cleaning cost is $145.00. Though we can't give quotes for cleaning over the phone, we would be happy to discuss your situation with you.
