I went there to renew my plates and was very surprised how fast it went when I was appointed to side window to get everything done
Took 20mins. Good news addition.

Long wait very poor service, but we all have to go some day!!! =P

only ever had to come here once. I had to get things changed in my new married name and before I walked out the door I realized I was never given my marriage license back. When I went back to the counter the lady was very rude to me and told me she didn't have it even when I asked her to check her shred box, she did not check and insisted that she didn't have it. The security guard by the door is the only reason this place is getting 2 stars b/c he was very kind and could see I was very upset and tried to help. I went home b/c I was fighting back tears and called asking that they check their shredding and garbage. I never got a call back...if they had checked they would have found it....and they refused to foot the bill for a reissued copy of our marriage license.
