        Developer Jim Sabo doesn't pay his Service People

        If you want to contribute the labor of your business to help make this man more succesfull, just agree to do contract work for him.

        He doesn't pay and if you take him to court he is considered uncollectable.

        He has history records of bankrupts and you will stand in la very long line if you want your money!

        Nuff said...be warned!
