Did some work for us at the office and the techs were very helpful and explained things in a way that I could understand. They have not had to come back out and repair the issue and I was surprised at how affordable the bill was.

Service call for problems with my air conditioning. Called before lunch and they had repair guy at my house about 3 and my issue was resolved in about an hour. Little expensive, but issue resolved quickly and have had no more problems.

Thorntons came out and replaced my older unit that has been having issues and did an awesome job .I have had absolutely no issues and the pricing was quite reasonable. Highly recommended.

My a/c went out and I have a usual company I use but they told me it would be days before they could get to me so the I called Thornton's Heating and Air Inc. And not only the said they would take of me they got me in quick!!! And the tech was very polite and handled everything well very knowledgeable about this profession...HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I called Thornton Heating & AIr because they were the original installers of my AC unit. It will be my LAST TIME calling them, however.



They charged me $85 (EIGHTY-FIVE) dollars to put in a AA battery.



Worst thing is.......they didn't even provide the battery.



The entire AC unit did not funtion because the thermostat LCD display box needed a battery. They could have easily addressed this problem over the phone, but decided to come out to my house so that they could charge me $85. They scammed me out of $85 for 3 minutes of work.



DO NOT CALL THORNTON HEATING & AIR if you are looking for fair service or a fair price. You will get NEITHER!
