AmeriGas Propane specializes in providing propane to back up power systems. The company supplies propane for water heating, grilling and cooking purposes. In addition, it maintains a fleet nearly 300 delivery and service vehicles. AmeriGas Propane has partnerships with The Rinnai Corporation and EnviroGard. The company is also a member of several organizations, such as the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (FRLA), Industrial Truck Association (ITA) and Material Handling Industry of America (MHIA).It is a wholly owned subsidiary of UGI Corporation, which is a distributor of propane, butane, natural gas, electricity and related products.

        I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR ABOUT TWO YEARS, AND EVERYTIME I TRY TO GET MY 100LB CYLINDERS REFILLED THE HUNTSVILLE AL LOCATION CAN NEVER GIVE ME A DATE OR TIME AS TO WHEN THEY WILL BE HERE. I WORK AND TO BE HOME TO PAY FOR THE PROPANE, I NEED SEVERAL DAYS OTICE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO TAKE OFF. I PUT IN AN ORDER FOR PROPAANE REFILL ON TWO DAYS AGO, AND CALLING TODAY, THEY STILL CANNOT TELL ME WHEN THEY CAN REFILL THEIR TANKS. I TOLD THEM IF THEY CAN'T GIVE ME A DELIVERY DATE, TO COME GET THERE TANKS. THIS IS A TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. IS THIS FOR REAL? THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. THEY CHANGED THEIR NAME TO AMERIGAS, AND THEY STILL ARE PITIFUL.

        Terrible

        Claimed to have fixed a guage. Gauge still not working. Now i am out of gas and their customer service indicates it could be 7 to 10 days for a fill. Last time they came out to fix guage and give a fill they had to do a leak check. They failed to turn hot water heater back on after leak test. Very unprofessional service
