Dan Brenner Ford

Very dissatisfied with service performed on our Ford F150 at Dan Brenner Ford, Goodland, KS. Wrote a letter to Dan Brenner Ford detailing our concerns and asked for consideration where we felt we were overcharged and inferior parts were used. We asked for the courtesy of a reply. Followed the letter up with numerous phone calls, leaving messages for Mr. Brenner to contact us each time we called. Also, sent several emails that went unanswered. Mr. Brenner didn't have the courtesy to call or respond to us in any manner. We made every attempt to discuss this directly with Dan Brenner, but he apparently refused to talk to us. We are very disappointed not only in the coordination of and billing of service for parts and labor, but in their customer care and service. Issues can arise anytime service is performed, but there is an expectation that a reputable service provider will be willing to discuss and stand behind his service. That did not happen in this case. We would strongly recommend that anyone considering service at Dan Brenner Ford in Goodland, KS proceed with extreme caution when doing business there.
