Riverside Veterinary Hospital

Tried to take my kitten there been taking my dog for 3 years they told me that since my daughter made a bad review they wouldn't see my animal anymore she is a grown adult lives on her own had nothing to do with me the lie and I will not recommend anyone to go here at all please go somewhere else to Nicer people and people who care!!

Once I would have giving this place a better review, but after what i went through back in December i cant. I brought My 5 year old male cat (who had been on prescription food since age 3 due to crystals), in because of him being in pain, he got an xray and it showed a bladder full of crystals and a stone in the kidneys. Was told She couldnt do anything to handle the stone but she would do surgery to clean out bladder. He was there a full week, was told at one point he chewed and pulled out his catheter (i know no one watches them when they stay overnight, but a E-collar should have prevented that i would think) Well was called to come in day after Christmas, i knew i may have to make that final decision on him, His fever didnt drop much, was told he didnt eat the entire week (that made me upset that i wasnt informed earlier) and was not told not much else. She was real busy and left the room, i sat in there with him holding him, confused, scared, sad, and seeing him full of staples, and never got the "I think its time", " He will get better" or any kind of consultation/talk. She sent in a young guy who i talked with awhile and knowing how much pain my cat would be in when that stone would go through his system i made the call. Later found out that young guy was not a tech or an assistant but the kennel worker. Week later when i came to pick up his body and pay bill, told receptionist im not coming back there anymore and was hurt by how i was treated,(never made a scene and no one else could hear me) She told Dr Ryan who was more concerned that i was mud slinging her reputation and said she thought we were on same page, She never told me anything or answered any questions that day so not sure how that she thought that. Finally when i got his body(receptionist just wanted to bring it out and hand him to me) , his box casket was big enough for a poodle. Never a im sorry for your loss from vet or as yet a sympathy card in the mail. Please no comments, i want this behind me and to get on over my loss.

Simply love this place! Riverside Veterinary has completely surpassed all of my expectations! Amazing staff, clean facility, and an undeniable love for animals! I drive passed several other veterinarians on my way to Riverside, because I know my pets, my babies, will be giving the best care available!

Our Furry Farm is a safe haven for mix breeds, senior dogs, dogs with special needs. Dr. Ryan & staff have always been there making house calls, emergency calls & making time to meet their needs. They work tirelessly to 24/7 to treat each of our 17 plus as if they were their own. We have been with Dr. Ryan for over ten years & look forward to ten plus more. Thank you all, miracle workers. ����������������

Kudos as always to Dr. Ryan and the entire staff at RIverside....They are all a true example of what a great veterinary hospital is all about. The staff always greets you with a smile and are always happy to see your 4 legged furkids. Their love for animals shows. There are no words to describe Dr. Lora Ryan. She is the most compassionate, gentle and kind person that truly loves her job......without a doubt. She is always willing to offer her time if you need her to answer questions or help with concerns you may have for your pets. They are VERY reasonably priced. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else........You all ROCK at RIVERSIDE ! Thanks for all your hard work and love for the pets.......

We took our senior dog to Riverside with an issue another vet could not solve. They were able to diagnose the problem and treat him in a way that we were most pleased. Frisco's quality of life was improved and we feel he was given additional time as part of our family due to the special attention and care given by the Riverside vets and staff. We are very grateful for all they did for our beloved dog.

I was really nervous bringing my new cat to a vets office. I was even more nervous when I realized my boyfriend would have to take the cat because I had class. this office is so wonderful. they are interested in what hey do and remember my animals. I never worry about the care my cats are going to recieve.
