        If i could give zero stars I would!

        I placed a reservation at 8am for a 5pm pick up, and no one came. when I called they transferred me to the operator who was very rude and stated i didn't have a reservation. this company is terrible and unrelieble and should be shut down. people rely to taxis and this service is unexceptable!
