Yea I also liked Guthriesville tire. I'm not car savy, but these guys sure are. My car had a bad knocking sound, so i took it in and they fixed it all up for me in a cheap and timely manner. Thanks guys!

highly recommended, i recieved great service. It felt like my power steering wasn't there anymore and thought it would cost me alot of money to fix seeing how it could be the pump or the rack and pinion but the diagnosis ended up being a u joint in my steering shaft and i was relieved that the price of the repair was drastically depleted and i've never had a problem since. very family oriented and very knowledgeable people.

I've been using Guthriesville Tire and Service for about 5 years, initially to buy tires and since 2006, I've been going regularly for all my "car care" needs. There are 2 qualities that keep me coming back--1. KNOWLEDGE of everything about my car and 2.HONESTY. I don't worry that when I go in for a regular maintenance check, I will be leaving with a bill in the hundreds of dollars. Most times, I leave with a $30 dollar bill for my maintenance care. This is critical for me as my car has 170,000 miles so upkeep is important. In addition, they know my car, so if something is going to be needed in the near future based on the way it is appearing when my car is in, they tell me before it breaks so I'm not stuck at night somewhere with no car and most likely with a bigger issue of cost. They talk to me about my car and educate me, and talk to me like I'm an adult, and don't talk down to me or talk to me like I'm an idiot. I will continue to trust them with my car. Denise C.

I hope readers won't think I'm unreasonable. I have made the mistake of returning here numerous times. Shame on me! The wide array of complications I've had range from forgetting to properly secure the air intake filter to replacing squeaky brakes that kept squeaking after they "fixed it." Recently they replaced the wipers; apparently the ones that I put on there 6 months ago "would not pass inspection." They consistently miss diagnosed my in laws vehicle. These guys have rates that I consider almost equivalent to what you pay at a dealership, except they don't provide you with a loaner or quality mechanical service. If you have a limited knowledge of vehicle mechanics, I sincerely believe this shop will take advantage of you. If you have had a better experience in this location, I would argue that; you either know enough about vehicles to stop them from taking advantage of you, or, they have taken advantage of you and you don't even know it.
