Auto Spa of Northshore

My car smelled like SMOKE when it left this place!!!
It was not ready when it was promised and instead of being apologetic, the woman was rude!

Avoid it! I paid for the $34 wash and cleaning package for a rental car I was returning. The car needed a good cleaning before being returned. The cleaning that neede to be done was surface cleaning. I got a good carwash out of it as I would have at anyone of a thousand places in the Bayview, Mitchell Airport area. What I did not get, and what I paid an extra premium for, was a decent inside cleaning. it was spotty at best with many areas left untouched. I believe the spent very little time and absolutely no attention to detail.

When I returned the the car to the rental company i was told i would probably be accessed and extra cleaning charge. I called back in an attempt to get this resolved, returning with teh car was not an option since i had checked it back in, and was told the owner would return a call. So far no contact has been made and it seems it is impossible to reach him/her. I am very unhappy with teh level of service provided and can not recommend any one else use their services.

I've been getting my car detailed for years. This place is the best I have come across. Prices are right on the money and the staff is great. I was very pleased with my services.

We were so impressed with the interior detail work they did on our vehicle last year and were eager to highly recommend to our friends. Unfortunately, after a 45 minute drive to have our vehicle detailed again this year, we had an absolutely appalling "customer service" experience this morning and will be looking to take our business elsewhere. Truly disappointed.

I heard about this place when I was out to lunch with friends. I had my volvo suv done here and was supper happy with it. The people were kind, the service was awesome, and the work was unbelievable. My car hasn't looked like this since I bought it.

I was impressed by this shop. Not only was a very pleased with my porter, they removed a huge white scuff across the whole side of my car (FOR FREE). Its hard to find businesses these days that are like that. Thank you guys for you efforts. I will be back when the weather lightens up a bit.

Nice place to go. I had family coming in from out of town and had to get my truck cleaned before the holidays. The crew was so nice and helpful and even gave me a ride home. I was pleased with the service and results. I will be making this a stop again.

Great place. I heard of this detail shop through the loop. With being a mother of four kids, a soccer practice shuttle bus, and a girl scout leader I always had my kids and others in my car. It was completely trashed. This place pretty much saved the inside on my van. Thank you guys. I will be back now that I know I can have a clean great looking car.

I've been taking both my husbands and my car here for over 4 years now. The work is great, and I just love this place. The owners are the ones who actually do the work and its always done right. I can't say enough great things about auto spa. Thank you guys for always taking care of not only my cars but us as customers too!

Auto spa is my spot. I love this place. I found this shop through a friend of mine, and have been going there ever since. Although I'm probably not their best customer I am always treated as if I was.

I have been getting my suv detailed every year since I have owned it. I have been through many detail shops, and by far this is the best shop I have come by. The place it clean, the people are so nice, and they do fantastic work. I'm a super picky lady and they met my expectations and beyond them. When I called around for price quotes I first called a shop I saw driving by the name of North shore's finest. The man who answered the phone was pretty breif, but when I heard $250.00 for a detail I decicded I who call around. Auto Spa of north shore did my SUV for way under $250.00 and it was well worth it. If your looking to have you car professionally cleaned I would definitely make this your stop. Thank you Auto spa of north shore for doing the most fanastic detail that I have ever had. I will most definitely be seeing you in the years to come.

I used this detail shop and was very please with the results. The lady on the phone was so helpful, and nice. From my understanding it is a nice couple that owns and also runs this shop. After calling around the north shore area I came to find out that they were 60.00 - 85..00 cheaper then the others (depending on what you wanted done) on their details. My car was in pretty rough shape, and I couldn't believe the out come when I picked it up. If you want great service, a awesome detail, with a gret price this is the place to go.

I found this detail shop online, and used it because of the great reviews it had. Its all true I have to say. This place does very nice work, and has a great system of providing a drop off service when my car was finished.

I had heard about Auto Spa through the loop. My husband is a car sales man, and their dealership uses Auto Spa for their cars on the lot. As I have three kids you can just picture what my car would look like. So I needed a clean-up. Auto Spa did wonders on my SUV, and I couldn't believe that it was the same car!!! They are a small company and I believe take pride in their work. It is a young couple that owns the shop as well as does the work. If you need your car detailed this is the place to go to. This is the best Auto Detail place to go to! The people are WONDERFUL, and the work is AWESOME!
