Recently bought my Volkswagen Golf Wagen with Dave and Alan. Worked on price and got me a great finance rate.

I stopped by but wasn't so sure about everything. Chad followed up with me and talked everything over. Answered all of my questions. Ultimately enjoying my new Caravan!

I bought a Jeep Patriot here 12-13-14. This was my first time buying a car so I was really excited. I should have done more homework. i really wanted a 4x4 Jeep Patriot as I was thinking about moving to Kenosha Wisconsin but i decided to save the extra 2500 to save for a downpayment for a house.



A few days after owning my new car i looked at my invoice and they added 1899.00 and 399.00 worth of product i never verbally agreed to. the whole time I was with the financial officer there was someone from the sales team there making small talk. Now I know they were trying to change my focus to the conversation not on what i was signing. I called the dealer and they said they honor written contracts not verbal contracts so they were not going to cancel these packages. With that money I could have bought a 4x4 and been driving something I wanted but I guess taking care of the customer is not their first priority.



I hope anyone thinking about this place will think twice. If you really want a car they offer search somewhere else. You will be glad you did.

I had been looking to replace my '97 Grand Cherokee for over a year with a 2014 Grand Cherokee. Granted I had done my research and was ready to pull the trigger and make a deal before I walked into the dealership. Just good a good quality group of people doing their jobs. I truly appreciate that. I spent an extra $100 over a similar deal from a competitor, but felt like that was money well spent, because of their demeanor and professionalism. "We needed a mini van for our expanding family. We stopped here to see what inventory they had for used vans. They were very friendly from the start. Ettelson from back in the day. Their motto being, ""Where you always save more money""! You have to remember that from the 80's and 90's!!! That was a nice surprise. Mr. Celozzi was very nice and talked to us for a bit. We were then directed to Bill to show us what used vans were on the lot. He was helpful and showed us a couple of nice vans. The one we ended up getting was a Chrysler Town and Country. We've owned it for over 2 months and are very happy with our purchase. The building itself was clean and extremely spacious. There is a nice childs area that's closed off and has a TV and coloring books. My 3 y/o had a good time. All in all, it was a good experience. We plan on going back and purchasing a new car for my husband. He drives an SUV and we spend way too much $$$ on gas."
