Western American Loan

Absolutely horrible customer service. I spoke with a woman named Kelly who despite my attempt to be polite and civilized was completely rude and unprofessional. In an attempt to explain my frustration I mentioned to her that This week was the anniversary of the day we lost our little girl to cancer and I was already upset and emotional from that. She was completely dismissive and did not even offer her condolences. That was messed up but I could have lived with that and wouldn't have even posted this if it wasnt for how disrespectful she was afterwards. Kelly did not listen to a word i said while trying to work out financial mistakes that the dealership and western american had made on my account. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she pretended to put me on hold and then said that they were unavailable. During and after expressing to Kelly that I felt her behavior was innapropriate and rude she laughed and seemed to think it was some type of joke. So instead of fixing the problems and being polite Kelly dumped the problem off on the dealership. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend this company to anyone and will be contacting BBB in regards to the way i was treated. I cannot stress enough that I am not the type of person to complain in fact this is the first time I've ever left a review about a company online. So that should show how terrible this company truly is. They will not work with u at all so make sure them payments are all paid 1 day early because whether it's your fault or your banks fault they don't care they will hold u responsible and they'll be extremely rude and not the least bit understanding while doing it.

WAL! This business has to be one of the best I've ever dealt with, most courtious & understanding. I'd definitely recommend this Company to my family and friends. Thanks WAL!
