        front desk no nice

        Iam come around 6pm ,the front desk name Garrett him isnot good customer service very rute,,,him very bad ~bad I don't know why him have be in the front desk,his very bad customer service,and iam just workway with sad,,,,never come again ,,like Garret working no way,!!!

        I'm came to downtown glendale,and ilook have motel 6 ,,,i'm check in,the time is late,,,but the young lady work front desk (i thing rosa @er name) she so nice and so friendly,,great customer service,and the room so clean,,ilike iwill come back,thanks you rosa !

        the manager is not professional and not nice

        The place is nice,the time iam check in the men or the manager isn't nice and the second shift front desk isn't nice all men work the time no professional ,,,,the room smile,,,smoke,,iwant move other room and the men say no room with no nice talk,,but iam glad minight iam wake up iam call front desk the young lady (rosa) answer she so sweetand professional handle my situation ,ang in the morning she make coffee for all quest,,she make me happy stay ,she nice,ang take care quest very quikly and fast,she have awesome job,,,iwill came back because she awesame job,,,
