Located in the rolling hills of Southern York County, Summit Landscape Development, Inc is a design/build and maintenance company that services both residential and commercial clients in the York, Hanover & Northern Maryland areas. SLD's company philosophy is deeply rooted in owner Michael Bertok's and Timothy Kessler's vision... integrating the beauty of nature with the needs of society. Mike and Tim's motivation grew from a desire to express their artistic talents through their love of nature. Mike has received a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Syracuse and Tim holds a bachelor's degree in Landscape Contracting from Penn State University. We pride ourselves as being a leader within the area. As a member of the Pennsylvania Landscape and Nursery Association ( PLNA ), our staff stays updated in the latest trends in the industry by attending seminars and conferences regarding all aspects of the trade.
