Rock Fusi Sushi Japanese Restaurants

This sushi joint use to offer the best sushi in Bergen county and could even hold its own against high quality NYC restaurants. No exaggeration here. The quality of the fish is consistently fresh. I dropped my rating down to a 4 because resent price increases and smaller portions makes it hard to justify. You can tell they are cutting corners. When I say higher prices I'm talking about roll that have increased $5 in price in one year while getting smaller at the same time. These guys also use to pay close attention to detail but the last two times I went here it seems they just slapped the food on my plate. Before these last two years I could easily argue a 5 star rating and a title of better than the rest. I hope they get this fixed before its too late. They are clearly loosing many of their regular customers. I kept it a 4 over a 3 because they still blend great flavors, have some amazing one of a kind special rolls, and are incredibly friendly. I love this place but alas it's. It what it use to be.
