Dont let the apperance fool you' This place is first class!!!!!!!The owner LOUIS took me home so I didnt have to wait around! and the tech went thru the use of the new radio with me and answered all questions!!!!! If you dont choose this place for you next Audio repair or upgrade, you just cant fix stupid I guess!!!!!! J. McDaniel

Not the cleanest, professional, or organized audio shop in MD. I called to schedule an appoint for a stereo installation of a Kenwood 6.95" DVD Entertainment System w/ Bluetooth® in my truck. I provided the owner all the details regarding the make and model of my vehicle and he in turn gave me the time of my appointment. He told me on the phone he might not be able to install the aforementioned stereo but when he realized I would hang up and seek business elsewhere he told me he could install the stereo. I arrived for my Saturday appt as scheduled and low behold after waiting an hr in a half he tells me he can't install my stereo. That was lie number one. He convinced me to take on another stereo from another manufacturer for $500 w/ installation included since he didn't want to put my dash back together for nothing. The second lie is he says he could get it installed in 1.5 hrs. I ended up getting out of there 4 hrs later! Sure the new stereo I have looks ok minus the glue drippings on the side but I was better off keeping my original stereo. Please don't believe their overall rating US Audio is dingy, cold, and as I said before unprofessional! If you want reliable honest service take your business elsewhere.

Just came back from USAudio in Glen Burnie they rewired my whole system perfectly and now it sounds better than ever also they have layaway plans on EVERYTHING for a paycheck to paycheck guy like me. Awesome customer service and guys who are incredibly knowledgeable on what they do. This my only audio shop I will go to I'm gonna miss this place when I move.
