        Overall

        Have been yelled at by 1 dentist stating my child wasn't old enough to be brushing her teeth on her own. I was a first time mother and was never informed of what to be expected. I was also yelled at by one staff member who had the nerve to say "We don't know your daughter" when in fact they have been seeing her since she was 3 years old. Lastly, they insisted she get braces when in fact they should not have been recommended at her age due to lack of taking care of her teeth. We weren't given any other options and wasn't informed of the possible outcomes if she were not to take care of her teeth while having braces. I feel we were set up for failure and all they saw were dollar signs. Once her braces are removed we will not be returning.
